Shungit dust has multiple applications in both humans and plants or even animals.

Also, cataplasms can be performed to apply on varicose veins, to activate circulation or to improve skin problems. In this case, water is mixed (better if it is from Shungit) with dust until you get a slightly compact pasta (let it be set 18 minutes). It is also used to tone and rejuvenate the skin of the face, applying cataplasms for 18 minutes. For the treatment of joint pain it is advisable to heat the water a bit before making the pasta.

The paste resulting from mixing Shungit powder with water is very black and to remove it is better to use a sponge with water (no soap required).
