    The rosewood, Aniba rosaedora, native to Latin America, from the Amazon to Guyana, is a tropical tree that can reach 40 m tall and 1 m in diameter. Their overexploitation has threatened the survival of the species due to their slow growth. The essence is found in the bark and wood, and is obtained by distillation of the chips and this is used a lot in numerous perfumes. Amazon Indians have known of its properties for a long time, such as healing wounds, however it has only recently been used in modern aromatherapy.

    Traditionally known for its properties:

    • antiseptic • skin tonic and astringent • antibacterial • fungicide • antiviral • tissue strengthener.

    Special precautions:

    - Keep out of reach of young children.
    -Unless directed by a doctor or pharmacist, do not use during pregnancy, lactation or in children under 3 years of age.
    - Keep away from any source of heat and light.

    EXTERNAL USE

    Professional advice:

    External route: 2 to 3 drops of chemotyped AE + 2 drops of local AV hazelnut.
    Every day, 1 drop of Rosewood and 1 drop of Damascus Rose in your day cream will prevent the appearance of wrinkles and stimulate skin regeneration.
