It is one of the few oils that contains palmitoleic acid, very valuable for the protection of cell membranes.This oil smoothes and compones like no other the thin skin and dry and broken hair.And there is more: It can be used in kitchen to align in a healthy and original way.  

Brief description of the composition:

Some more than two-thirds of monoinsaturated fatty acids (omega 9 and the famous palmitoleic acid, with moisturizing properties).Some less than a tenth of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6).Some less than a fifth of saturated fatty acids.Numerous vitamins, such as vitamin E, beta-carotene and polyphenols.

Tips and Tricks:

Damaged hair: 1 or 2 times a week, massage the wet and clean hair with between 1 and 3 teaspoons of avocado oil.Heat the oil with your hands and massage the roots to the points.Finish by the scalp, distending it well. Envolve in a thin towel for between 1 hour and the whole night.Clean with a soft shampoo.The hair strengthens, gentles and alheses.

The advice:

Oral use : 10 g (1 teaspoon) per day.It is rich in vitamin E and is very stable.

Use of cosmetics: It is suitable for dry and irritated skin, to which it returns softness and elasticity.It is used as a capillary mask to strengthen the hair and as anticaid.
